I was worried it wouldn't perform well given the reasonable price, but I set up barriers to keep it in the kitchen, ran the mop and vacuum on the highest settings, and after about thirty minutes every part of the floor was clean. It even handles counters — it stops right at the edge and reverses instead of falling off. My guests think I worked hard cleaning, but the robot did almost all of it.
It's much quieter than my old Roomba 780 and leaps ahead of it in general. The Tuya app does what it's supposed to — remote control plus scheduling, nothing fancy but it works. Keep up with cleaning the dust box and filter regularly and effectiveness stays high; skip it and suction drops fast. Overall satisfied with it.
It doesn't map the house or empty itself like the more advanced ones, but this one has lasted me 4 years now. I have a Husky and a German Shepherd and run it while I'm at work — no hair when I get back, across a 3 bed, 2 bath house. The only thing I've ever replaced was the charger after 2 years, and that was $12. Reliable and really easy to work with.
I was genuinely surprised at the amount of dust and debris that came up in the container the first time I used it on my old longleaf pine floors with gaps between the planks. The depth and thoroughness of the suction is truly impressive. Setup took a bit of time and the mop feature works but isn't deep-cleaning, but for the price I looked at other brands and this has to be the best.
I'd been looking at robot cleaners for a while but the brand-name prices always made me give up. This one has both vacuum and mop, and the mopping genuinely impressed me — it bounces back and forth and the floors come out very clean. It has WiFi app control, though I mostly just use the remote and it works perfectly.
